PolyphenolGuide publishes educational content about polyphenols and the foods that contain them. It is not medical advice, and reading it does not create any professional relationship. Decisions about your diet, supplements or health belong with you and a clinician who knows your history.

Accuracy

We cite the studies we rely on and label the strength of the evidence. Research changes; an article reflects what was known when it was written or last updated, and we correct errors when we find them or when readers point them out.

Some links earn us a commission if you buy. Articles that contain them say so. Commissions never change what we recommend or how we rank anything.

Use of content

You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source page. Republishing whole articles, or using our content to train or feed automated systems, needs written permission.
